NIGERIA CONTENT POLICY
We recognize the importance and long term value of Nigerian content to the growth of Biuc Industrial Services Ltd, we have will therefore ensure the following:
- Engage qualified Nigerians to work in the organization putting into consideration their knowledge, skill and competence.
- Where required, develop the individual’s capacity and skills to meet business needs
- Get actively involved in human capital development of Nigerian individuals through trainings, seminars and conferences.
- Ensure our operations does not impact the communities and Environment where we do business negatively.
- Transact business with Nigerian contractors and vendors and ensure equity in all our business dealings.
In conclusion, BISL shall ensure adherence to the Nigerian Content Policy in line with the Nigerian OIL and GAS Industry Content Development Act, 2010
